Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel

"Excellent location, friendly staff. Large spacious room with an extra room for a third person. Ocean view. Would have been ideal to have an actual bed then a floor bed for the third person which was a little challenging. But room was cleaned to a standard. Water provided for free. Great location with convenience store downstairs and a wonderful cafe serving fresh bakery goodies with highly recommended ice latte and ice matcha, salt bread and bagel. Close by is a shopping by mart, the main shopping area and also halal food place (Lebanese highly recommended)."

"Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks. Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future. Also Jeju itself is amazing"

"No laundry machine. Light system and outlet charger connected together which is inconvenient. Grea simmering endless pool. Excellent location. Breakfast was great. Convenient free self parking."

"This was a comfortable hotel for the price with a nice location along the waterfront in the Tapdong neighborhood. Several other reviews mention parking issues, but I didn't have any. The parking attendants will park smaller sedans in the B2 because the larger sedans and SUV will not fit in the car elevator so they want to save the B1 parking for those. The night before I left I told them I was leaving early to catch the ferry so they parked my car in B1. My only negative from the stay was the pool doesn't open until 1 pm and closes at 9 pm. With temperatures in the high 90s all week, it would have been nice to go for early morning and late evening swims."

"I had to book this hotel otherwise we will sleep at street at mid night. Expedia gave us scammer property at our original booking. No way check in and no way to reach them. Customer service took us almost two hours on phone to wait and then told us no way to check in and no way give us new hotel. Totally unacceptable! I had severe cold fever with two young kids stay outside street like homeless at 11:30 pm. I choose the hotel which is closer to us and there is late check . Total ruined my full 12 days vocation. Customer service in Expedia had less experience at this situation. He said he can not find hotel around us and later said he can not book outside of country. Waste time. I booked again on Expedia with this property. I requested Expedia took off morning Madrid off the listing and pay us these two days hotel as promised."
