LOTTE CITY HOTEL JEJU AIRPORT

4/10 Poor

"When we checked in the receptionist couldn’t answer simple questions, his english was too poor and he didn’t know anything about the surroundings. He told us we are not aloud to go to the swimming pool neither to have breakfast without having answered if we would have wished to. No bar available in the evening! It’s the first hôtel where I've been where I see such a thing. Very tempting on the pictures but so deceiving in live!"

"Room is clean, comes with a coway water dispenser and good water pressure for shower. Toilet uses those toilet that comes with bidet extensions and deodorizer. Parking is free via valet parking for guests. Location is very close to the airport and yet walking distance to Lotte mall / Dream Tower / Emart. Definitely will stay here if ever back in Jeju."
