"Do not book here. This is a motel, not a hotel. If you are a solo traveler like me, I am letting you know. The place is not clean. The staff is okay, but finding the place is a struggle. The place smells bad. There are some yellowish stains on the bed. It looks like the wall has something as well. This made me feel so uncomfortable. It was not a nice experience."

"The staff was amazing. The room was clean enough. We stayed for 5 nights, I think that hotel is perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay, the amenities are pretty limited. Towels are way too small. We asked to have our room cleaned on the 3rd day, they only removed the trash and gave us towels. We had to clean the floor ourselves and make our own beds. The water filter in the room is very convenient. The washers and dryers are new and easy to use. There was a meeting room but we had no access to it. There was no place to sit and play games. I've been in other hotels in Jeju that have a dining area where you can gather and talk and play games. We were a little disappointed that this hotel had nothing like that. We had to make due with 2 little tables in our room. Overall, I would recommend, but not if you are staying longer than 3 nights. If we had stayed 3 days and 2 nights, my review would be 5 stars. "

"Check in lobby is on level 6. There is a concierge on level 1. The front desk personnel spoke English well and was friendly. My check in and out progress were easy and fast. The room was clean and basic. Bathroom comes with a smart toilet bowl, bath tub & rain shower. Toiletries only upon request for sustainability reasons. Location is convenient with food choices and shopping. A big Olive Young outlet and Innisfree are just a stone’s throw away. Will stay here again."
