"Great location, plenty of parking spaces. Our room was clean and we appreciated the many pillows on the bed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others. "
"Room was very clean and the staff very good the greeted us with a smile every time we came in. And they welcomed my pet and said hello every time they saw her. I’m from MI. And people aren’t always friendly. Va. Is. Everybody is friendly I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"The condition of the property’s parking lot was extremely disappointing. It appears to be undergoing construction, but there is no clear organization or guidance on where to park. Even the designated IHG member spaces were chaotic and difficult to access.
Upon arrival, it took several minutes for anyone at the front desk to acknowledge me—despite the clear sound of me saying “excuse me.” The front desk associate was visibly occupied watching something on her phone in the back room. I could see her easily, so I’m unsure why she didn’t notice me sooner.
When I entered my room, I immediately saw multiple stink bugs—on the headboard, ceiling, window curtains, and various other places throughout the room. "The exterior looks borderline terrible, but the room was in good condition. The staff was clearly the best part of my stay by a long shot. They were helpful and very accommodating. Went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible. "
"Excellent friendly staff! People upstairs got a little noisy outside and cops were outside right after I got there so I was a little worried but it could have been an emergency situation, the rest of the stay was quiet theyre very accommodating and pet friendly! Away from main road , peaceful setting but close to restaurants and downtown! Nothing super fancy if that’s what you’re looking for but served my purpose! Good price Would stay again! "
