"I go on vacation with family every year so we decided to go to Jolly beach resort this year in Antigua. First and foremost I love the staff, very nice people pleasant and welcoming our first night there going to bed the lights went out, from there no electricity for two days the second day we had a cold shower rooms was very dark we had to shower early before it get dark. We have to have flashlights dinner I really can’t complain about the food it was great there was a lot of food. We couldn’t contact anyone home because our phone died so we had to go to supermarket close by to charge our phones. They didn’t clean the rooms unless you asked for cleaning and you have to pay $10 for each cleaning. Overall I was a little disappointed but situation happens sometimes. "
"Hotel was awesome!! Clean rooms. The bartenders awesome as well!! Q and andre the dynamic duo!! Restaurant was ok , could be better. The lobster was great though!!! Would go back. "
"We love this resort, from its location, beautiful and quiet beach, to it cleanliness, and special the staff friendliness. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The receptionists, Farzana and Kashiri were very helpful and answered all our questions. Special thanks to Farzana and Kashiri who helping us booking the romantic dinner, sushi at black rocks pool and the lovely massages. We also love the staffs at the bar, breakfast and dinner restaurants, and Kerry and Melinda were really nice and supper supportive. We also appreciate the guest experience manager, Kemlin Charles who was helping us when we forgot our personal items in the room's safe box. Kemlin took time to ship our item back to the US after we checked out the hotel. Many things to list. We definitely be back and stay in Cocobay resort longer in a near future. "
COCOS Hotel - Adults Only - Caters to Couples - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel was amazing. Nestled on a hill between two beaches, the setting and views are stunning. We decided to spend all of our time here as we needed to recharge and it was pure paradise. We spend the early day at Jolly Harbour beach and watched the sunset every day at Valley Church beach. The food was amazing. The staff were lovely. They were quick to respond with anything we needed. George was super friendly and helped us on several occasions. Highly recommend this little Paradise. "
