Loved this hotel. Originally booked in for three nights, liked it so much we booked an additional one. In a great location next to one of the entrances to Teton National Park. The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous. Have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Thank you.

Good hotel with super friendly staff. Lovely Molten Brown toiletries making us Brits feel right at home. Bang in the middle of town the location is perfect, set back a street from the main drag makes it nice and quiet. Would certainly stay again if in the area. Parking easy as outside lots of restaurants in the vicinity.

We stayed at Hotel Jackson for 4 nights from the 13th June. The hotel had only been open for 2 days and we were a little worried as to what to expect. The hotel was fantastic....the location perfect for the town and Yellowstone Park, the few small issues we experienced were due to the newness of the hotel but were dealt with both promptly and efficiently by the staff. we chose a cabin with queen size bunk beds which were comfortable to sleep in although slightly difficult for to get in/out top bunk. we ate on the front porch/terrace but did not use the bbq provided, however we had fun watching a family trying to get theirs lit!!
