"We were warmly welcomed by Vikki, found the room to be immaculately clean, hot tub and pool were well maintained too. And the food was excellent, offered both at dinnertime and breakfast. Can't say enough about the staff and the hotel."

"I had a ground floor room and I noticed my window was unlocked and slightly ajar at check in. At the time of my stay the laundry room was out of order and their board of essentials to purchase was nearly empty. The phone in my room to call room service also didn’t work. Nor was the coffee machine within my room properly equipped with a filter cartridge holder. My overall stay was fine and served its purpose for the price point and I wasn’t unhappy. There were just a few things amiss."

The second room found bedbugs in they moved us room and comped us one night and gave us quarters to dry all our belongings. There was pubic hair on the toilet, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the room had a strong foul odor from the moment we walked in. We checked in very late and noticed these issues right away, but chose to ignore them to avoid moving all our belongings to another room. "This property appeared to be under renovation. There was lots of partially done projects like paint, plaster doors hinges carpet lights fans. The room itself was clean, but marijuana permeated the air both in the room and in the hallway. "

Appeared people were living there like a motel. Even the door lock in the room was loose. Felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel, attempting to get our refund back."
