"Lady at the desk refused my reservation saying she told them she wasn't doing the online reservations anymore. repeatedly. Stayed anyways as I needed a room. Room smelled a little odd, not bad, but something scented for cleaning? and towels and toilet paper were low grade and no shampoo or conditioner, just a single soap bar in the bathroom."

"I thought the concept of individual cozy cottages was great. Everything was so neat and tidy. The decor of the cottage was just adorable, and the pool/fire pit area was just as clean and welcoming. I sent pictures and videos to my friends and highly recommend this property!"

"Bathroom was the size of a closet, the a-c was in the wall and on the other side of the room, didn't cool the room at all and very noisy to keep on, you can't hear the t.v. They don't supply guests with pool towels so I had to buy my own and the pool is closed at 10.00 p.m. There are no phones in the room so you have to walk outside to get to the front desk and you better get what you need because the front desk closes at 5 p.m ."

"I stayed one night with my children for a basketball tournament. The check in process was not bad. I have a pet peeve that when I hand you something in your hand, I expect you to hand the item back to me in my hand and the person checking me in placed my items on the desk. That is so rude. Other than that the staff were ok. The tv in the room did not work throughout my stay. They sent someone to fix it but it never got fixed. I guess they expect people to spend most of the time on the boardwalk...

"This was our 5th year staying at Island Breeze. The owner and the staff are always super helpful. We love how clean the rooms and the pool are. Our dogs Lou and Sammi love staying there too. We'll be coming back soon."

"Everything was as expected/shown. Our house and all of the grounds were kept in impeccable shape. It really felt like being in a resort instead of the beach. Highly recommend. My friend who joined me already booked a house for next year. The bikes were a great extra. The pool was lovely although I feel it would be way too small if all houses were full and guest all wanted to swim. Luckily for us, most people wanted to sit by the pool but not actually swim. "The staff was great. View was good. Nice pool. Everything was clean. IMO what you have to understand is that most of the hotels in WildWood are very old. Looks-wise the rooms might seem a bit shabby however as long as it is clean I am good. We usually only stay in WW a night or 2. I would consider staying there again. The price was right for what we wanted."
