"Clean rooms"

"This place is horrible and has no customer service! Would not recommend this place to anyone. I fell and nobody said sorry asked if I was ok or offered a dr. I was told a manager would talk with me today at 10 then they are in meetings all day. Now they have to send in a request for possibly gettin their insurance to go to the dr. That should have been offered at the time of the fall not the next day when I have to catch a flight"

"The stay was great! The location is very central, there are many options for food and shopping (Multiplaza Mall) nearby within easy walking distance. Due to some inexplicable noise from below I had to change rooms. The first room was very nice with a desk and sofa, but the replacement room had no desk for working at. But I did appreciate the flexibility of the team to offer me another room! I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my next visit to Escazu!"

"It’s a dated hotel in need of an update. My room was right out of the 80’s and while it was high end dark wood and marble just know. The inclusive breakfast was great but the restaurant at dinner was not. Pretty grounds and pool area "
