"Super friendly reception. Our room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in a little early rather than store luggage for the day. The room was lovely, super to be on such a high floor, and the lift system worked well. All kitchenette facilities used, and were very welcomed. Easy and straightforward to get around from the hotel as the base! "

"Nice welcoming staff clean room and spacious nice breakfast selection. Would come back again swimming pool and whirlpool was not working due to maintaince wasn't informed before booking was looking forward to using them. "

"Everything was lovely, service in restaurant was very slow, waited 40 mins for 3 sandwiches, i had asked for no mayo,tomato or pickles on mine and it came loaded with all three,didn't eat it but hadnt time to wait for a replacement, staff weren't very attentive otherwise would highly recommend "

"This is one of my favorite hotels in Warsaw. The location is first rate, the rates are reasonable, the space is well organized and spotless. I’ve only had one issue over a misunderstanding over breakfast which was rather unpleasant until the customer experience lead got involved, and she straightened it right out.
