"The hotel is in a great location right across the street from the highly popular sunset spot. Its easy to get to city center. The staff is fantastic. I arrived an hour before check-in and a room was ready for me. Lincoln at the concierge offered me coffee and my first shot of ginjinha. He also informed me that there were two gifts for me in my room: freshly made pastel de nata and the drinks in the mini bar are free. Fantastic hospitality!"

"Great breakfast, nice rooms, very good spa"

"This hotel is very new and the rooftop bar was great! The only complaint is that we received a handicap room and the bathroom was a big issue. If we wanted to shower , the whole bathroom floor would flood, making it uncomfortable later on to use the sink or even the bathroom. You would have to go into a soaked floor. There was also no mention of being a platinum member or its perks. "

"I was slightly disappointed by the asthetics of the hotel. It is in need of rennovations and the availablity of television programs in English was limited to one movie channel so no news etc during the stay. The hallways had a sensor light that is actived at the end of the hall so if your room is not in the area, you are on a dark floor and walking down the hall to activate the light. The cleaning was medicore, as the bed was made without dusting it off the sheets. The location is so, so because it is on a side street and a 20 mintue walk to the center of the city. However, the staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the waiter Chowits was very kind."

"We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country. "
