Khách sạn Cấm Thành

"Very nice vacation hotel. Great for family with relaxing time and schedule."

"Only major warning and complaint I would have is the hotel front desk charged a "deposite" on check in I thought nothing of it because its an international card. Luckily I was meeting someone who lives in China and when they found out they immediately got a refund. It was explained to me that deposites are not something that is done. Other than that all other areas of service were beyond excellent, the breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning, and the view of the lake from a room that...

"The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better."

"位置偏离中心地段，不过挺合适我们转机住一晚。旁边是个大商场，但是巨没人气。打车去机场方便。"

"客房寧靜舒適，簇新的房間設備，職員高效有禮，尤其是貼心服務的早餐聽廳職員。非常好的住宿體驗。"

"The room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful "

"The buffet breakfast is excellent with many varieties. The front desk is helpful and professional, the room is clean and spacious and with free self laundry services. If they can offer the bathroom with a brighter lighting, that will be great"

"忘れ物を届けてくれて感謝"

The main negative feature was the surprisingly dirty carpets in the hallways for the rooms. The lobby area and most common area were all pristine. But, when we got off the elevator to go our room, which was also clean, I was a bit shocked to see carpeting that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, with dirt stains all over the carpet. Another negative...

"The meditation given in the afternoon and evening were great. We missed the morning yoga because we were out walking around the wetlands. Truly beautiful and virtually across the street. We lived our short stay there"

"good choice in kunming"

"very modern and clean; easy access to most of sites"
