O hotel tem boa estrutura e é aparentemente novo, mas alguns detalhes precisam de atenção. O quarto em que me hospedei apresentava paredes com mofo e parte do teto descascando, o que causa um cheiro forte de umidade e transmite certa sensação de descuido. São problemas simples de resolver e que, corrigidos, fariam bastante diferença na experiência. O café da manhã é satisfatorio, mas falta comunicação. Só descobri no terceiro dia que havia ovos e tapioca, pois vi outro hóspede comendo — essas opções deveriam ser informadas já na chegada ou sinalizadas no local. Também senti falta de plaquinhas no buffet, especialmente para identificar os bolos e sucos, que parecem ser quase sempre de goiaba. Faltou uma opção básica como suco de laranja. Outro ponto incômodo foram as batidas na porta para reposição do frigobar. Não havia aviso de "não perturbe", e como a arrumação é feita apenas mediante solicitação, o ideal seria respeitar ainda mais a privacidade dos hóspedes. Apesar desses pontos, gostei da hospedagem e me hospedaria novamente. Com pequenos ajustes, a experiência pode se tornar muito mais agradável.

Muito a melhorar.

As áreas comuns são legais, mas os quartos estão descuidados, paredes sujas, toalhas, lençóis e travesseiros velhos, não tem iluminação confortável nem como acender uma parte das luminárias, que só tem 1 interruptor perto da porta de saída. E o pior, fui perguntar se podia fazer late check out, me falaram que sim mas que teria que pagar R$ 45 a mais. Achei um absurdo. Pontos positivos: a localização, o chuveiro e ar condicionado funcionando.

Boa. A localização é impecável. Perto da praia, perto da feira de artesanato. Consegue fazer tudo a pé! Mas o hotel precisa de reformas! Paredes sujas, estufadas. Não vi mofo. O banheiro é bom! Café da manhã honesto.

Estive em janeiro, 4 noites. Otima localização. 2 quadras da praia. Proximo à varias feiras de artesanato e do letreiro João Pessoa. Piscina no topo do prédio, adoro. Quarto satisfatório e limpo. Café, poucas opções, mas atende o básico. Comprei com antecedência e encontrei boas tarifas de diarias. Recomendo.

Eu amei o hotel, ele é bem novo todas instalações bem conservadas achei lindo, porém no quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, algum produto ou condição do quarto que deixava com este cheiro estranho. Mas café da manhã muito bom e piscina.

Atenção

O café da manhã era até às 10h. Porém chegamos às 09:20h e já haviam ítens faltosos sem reposição. Penso que se é ate às 10h, a qualidade, quantidade e variedade dos ítens devem ser o mesmo de quem chega às 07h.
