"Joetsu is such a beautiful city very rarely visited by foreigners. Go take a walk around the Takada Castle grounds and see all the variety of Giant Lotus flowers. See the amazing art at the museums. Also learn about Samurai history with Kenshin Uesugi!"

"We booked three reservations. Their cancellation policy is great and it allows us flexibility in our trip. We travelled from Sapporo and were not sure to arrive on the first day of our reservation. So the one day reservation plus a three day was perfect. Great Japanese breakfast. Book larger rooms ..."
