Customer service was great. Free printing and scanning at the oddest of hours was a cut above the rest in meeting customer needs. Friendly and courteous staff. Good meals. Minor suggestion. The square pin socket behind the couch in the room was unreachable but needed. Consider making the couch moveable or making the socket available elsehwere in the room (I forgot to bring an adapter so I couldn't use the round hole sockets

Best breakfast

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed a little too firm for my liking but was told they can provide a mattress topper at no charge next time. They have a new breakfast assortment, best ever I've had at any Holiday Inn in SA.
