The room which we stayed in was dark and dingy and we had to use a flashlight in the evening because of insufficient lightening in the room. After complaining they offered another room without addressing the issue. The room has worn and the fittings were out of date. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast which was good.

Staff was great. I was disappointed with the size of the bath, looks much bigger on the pictures online. And the breakfast was not nice. The omelets was very oily and cold and the bacon was not crispy. But other than that, it was a lovely stay! Thank you

Extrem großes Familienzimmer. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände wie Küche oder Kleiderschrank sind sehr alt und passen optisch absolut gar nicht zu restlichen Einrichtung. Das ist schade, dadurch wird der erste sehr positives Eindruck zerstört! Großartiges Bad, auch wenn es beim Duschen halb geflutet wird! Nettes Personal! Wir hatten Stromausfall und es wurde sofort ein Generator angeworfen, so dass wir nicht im Dunklen saßen. Das Zimmer hat viele Oberlichter, die nicht zu verdunkeln sind, frühes Aufwachen ist daher garantiert! Alles in Allem gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr schönes Hotel citynah

Musste spontan buchen und hatte Glück, dass ich ein Zimmer dort bekam - was soll ich sagen - als Upgrade- eine Suite. Habe mich super gut dort gefühlt. Dinner und Breakfast war spitze - serviert auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf die Lichter der Stadt.

Not 5 Star. Bedding had spots on, Soap against the wall, No Hairdryer, NO HOT WATER, Reception was helpfull and moved me to another room, where the Hot water work together with the water of the outside jaquzzi. every time the water for the jaquzzi open the geyser trip, Then the DSTV could not get a signal.
