"Room 519 has peeling ceiling paint in the shower, a missing sprayer in the shower head, and a hole in the laminate flooring near the bed. There was no warning that the rooftop bar and pool would be closed on Friday evening for religious reasons when booking through Expedia, and no meat for breakfast. The room was clean and quiet, and the parking attendants were very careful with my car though. Not worth ~$850 per night. "

"when iu first got to the hotel around 1am, I couldnt find their office and they wouldnt answer the phone. Once I finally found my way there, they gave me my key card and I went to the room they assigned me, and there had already been people staying in it, so i had to walk back to the office and request a new room. I was there over a week and never had any hot water. My key card had to be reactivated 4 different times, and the room was not as described in the listing. Also, walls are paper thin,...

"The advertising doesn't reflect what they really gave us. We left the site 4 nights in advance. The furniture was uncomfortable, and one of the chairs needed immediate repair. The bathroom towels were very thin and old, and one of the large towels had some stains. This specific room is in need of urgent repairs and upgrade. No clothing hangers in the bathroom, just one for the towels. Breakfast was ok. Karen was very professional, but the general manager lacks a lot of customers relations...

"Great room"

"Everything was Good at the Hotel. However, we called for the hotel Airport Shuttle; was told we will be picked up in 30mins. It was 2 hours later that the shuttle picked us up. I just wanted to add that with the Beds being high, the hotel needs to let guests know that Steps are available to be used to get into the Beds. I did not know that until I mentioned how had it could be for people to get into the beds and was told then about the Steps."
