"Upon entry, the property looks big and nice, but then you get to your room. We stayed in room 628, and after the first night, I woke up to large ants along the window baseboards and everywhere on the walls. They were even in our luggage that was propped up on the chair. I killed the ants, and we complained to the front desk. Friendly and nice, but no help. They said they had no additional rooms and offered no help.
