"A person was actually hiding out in our assigned room (we booked for 2 nights) when we arrived at 10 PM. She claimed she had been left there. Then, the electrics shorted out on one side of room when we plugged in a phone charger. My partner was propositioned in the hallway by a woman. Next morning, woken at 6am with extremely loud dance music. Knocks on the door did nothing, had to bang on wall from inside our room. When we went down in the morning, the person who was in our room the night before was huddled in the lobby watching tv. We checked out after that and booked another hotel for our second night. Was told by staff a partial refund would only happen if Hotel.com approved it. "

"Walkable from Union Station. Property has a classic restored vibe. Room was very clean, very well stocked including a tea kettle. Restaurant on site was very good, menu uses exceptionally small font. Mixologist was attentive, friendly and makes a smooth Manhattan. Hotel staff very accommodating and professional. Will book again. "
