"I always stay at this Holiday Inn Express when visiting Eastern WA University events. It’s very close and convenient to the school. I have always had a good experience and the staff is nice and always has been helpful. The rooms have always been clean. The dining area for the breakfast is spacious and inviting. One of my favorite amenities is around the clock coffee. I recommend this hotel."

"The room was not pictured as it was on their site. We head dogs on both sides of our room and across the hall. They kept barking and barking. I called the concierge or front desk. And they did not have any other open rooms and could not help us out. He explained they were pet friendly. We were up all night and we left at three o'clock in the morning with no refund.No discount and with the rude desk person. The rooms wall had splattered of I don't know what was on it in the bathroom. We usually stay at super 8. I'm very surprised and disappointed the service we got at this hotel."

"No staff contact. They email a code day of reservation check-in to enter door to room. Never saw any employee on site during our stay. Parking is tight & only available for half of the available rooms. Remaining guest have to park on street in neighborhood. We have a handy cap permit so was lucky it was available to park in. Room was sufficiently furnished, everything was clean. The bed was VERY hard not sure what kind of mattress's they have. With my back & hip problems I had a difficult time sleeping. My husband was stiff & achy when he woke. We would probably stay again if they up grade the mattress’s, when visiting our nephew & family in Colfax."
