"The staff at the Carlton George were so friendly and helpful. Conner, Colin and Jordan gave great tips and advise.i arrived well before checkin, but they held my bags and offered good food/drink options. The hotel is literally steps from the Queen Street station so that was convenient. I would gladly stay here again!"

"The room was a good size, very clean and the staff were fantastic. The only downside was the TV options. In 2026 one should be able to use their own Netflix or other streaming service on a hotel TV. We were only there for one night and wanted to wind down before a long flight the next day and after a three week vacation"
