"Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled.
