"I liked everything though carpet is a bit old and needs replacement I didn’t like the staff who was pushing me when about to check out. She kept knocking on the door for me to check out even though it was before 11.00am I don’t understand why she was pushing me like that. I had a disabled son on a wheel chair and he takes time to get ready due to his disability. Other than that I enjoyed my stay"

"I needed a place to stay swiftly for me and another displaced family from a fire in our home. This place was over the top helpful and very friendly. "Christian checked us in after a grueling day of fighting with Hertz & electric car. He was amazing! He was patient with me and listened to my venting about the day, probably regretting asking how my day was. He then set us up with a good room & easy access to the car. He needs a raise for turning our teary eyed frustration into complete comfort & relaxation for the length of our stay. Please thank him again from us!"
