Upon entering- toilet was not cleaned and there were streaks in the toilet. We actually had to flush it multiple times before use. Our bed had multiple long strands of hair on it. "Terrible experience. Floor smelled like weed. Bug in my shower. Yelling and fighting at 2am in the hall way for over an hour. Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL "

"This is a nice hotel. Rooms clean and well maintained. The Only problem was the night staff were not nice. I get it we walked in 15 minutes before kitchen closed and we ordered food that’s annoying but cmon we ordered a chicken sandwich and salad. Simple . It took forever to come out and ii sucked. HOWEVER the morning staff was pleasant and the breakfast while outrageously priced was good. So my advice is get to the is hotel early and eat out"
