"My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. I ended up having to clean parts of the bathroom myself, which was very off-putting. The room itself was not terrible, and the hotel has a modern look, but the lack...

"It was a great house but didn’t have much of anything in the kitchen for cooking and only 4 plates. No patio furniture. Pretty noisy neighborhood. The inside of the house was nice and the management company was very good. "

"The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again."

However, the air conditioner was much louder than normal and the bed had a terrible creaking sound when getting on or off the bed. This made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of space in the dining area. The area around the hotel is not the greatest as there is quite a bit of construction happening. Nearby are some good eateries as well as a river walk along...
