"I would give this hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the bed and the AC having a tough time cooling the room. First, when we got to the room it was 78°. It took over 5 hours to cool a small room. Then overnight it wouldn’t stay on. I finally had to set it to 60 so it would keep the room cool. Second, the bed is quite hard. Not the most comfortable for me. Anyway, the pool and hot tub were amazing. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly. The property and Rooms are very clean. Lots of options for breakfast. The location was perfect. Close to the downtown area and several breweries and next door to the mall. I would stay here again."
