Amazing staff in old but well maintained hotel

Very friendly staff, and the service was amazing. the hotel reception and rooms are old but still very clean and well maintained. comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Good breakfast. Nice jacuzzi and sauna.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed

Despite the high rate, hotel looks old; forniture is pretty old and it does not look clean overall. Travelling more than 200 days a year i think it is the worst i stayed in last 10 years

It is a old property marketed as a Best Western and a family hotel. Two different price points for the same hotel - weird. - We could not find Best Western signage on the outside of the hotel. It was OK, but overpriced. Not sure about the Sure Hotel change standards, I would have to stay at a few more to evaluate consistency,

Fin utsikt

Som alltid så var det väldigt trångt i parkeringsgaraget, inget nytt när det kommer till såna utrymmen. Rummet var OK men jag hade väldigt fin utsikt och såg Vättern vilket väger upp hela besöket.

Het inchecken verloopt via een tablet, wat modern oogt, maar bij ons liep dit fout door een error. Gelukkig was er snel iemand ter plaatse om te helpen. De kamer was ruim en schoon, met een praktische indeling: aparte wc en douche. Het bed was wel wat aan de kleine kant. Ook bij het uitchecken gaf de tablet een foutmelding, wat wat onhandig was. Al bij al een comfortabel verblijf, maar het digitale check-in/out systeem moest verbeterd worden.
