"フロントの女性が親切で楽しい方でした。モントルーの駅からは徒歩７～８分（高低差がありますが、エレベーターで下に降りれます）。通りを挟んですぐにレマン湖がります。部屋はレマン湖側ではなかったですが、お天気が曇りだったのでこちらでも十分でした。シャワーとトイレがオープンでドアがなかったのですが、慣れればOKです。ケトルやコーヒーセット、アイロン等ありました。ホテルからのメッセージで「the Montreux Riviera Card 」のオファーがあり、滞在中のバス（Rennaz Village～Vevey）と列車が無料、シオン城などの入場料が半額となりとても便利で良かったです。最近始まったシステムでいつまであるか分かりませんが、ぜひ使ってみて下さい。"

"This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality."

"Very convenient for the train station and central Lausanne, this hotel provided a large, comfortable, clean room with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was very good and plentyful. There was a coffee machine in the room. Some might find the decor and bathroom a little dated but we loved the grace and elegance of the room, which had a desk, 2 chairs and a sofa, as well as a fridge. The staff were polite and helpful allowing us to store baggage and check in...

"Very well facilitated hotel with friendly staff. Excellent location for the Christmas market with fantastic views from the room. There’s also lots of eating options close by. The hotel also has a free hot drinks and light snacks station to use during your stay. We brought the wrong travel adaptor with us thinking the usual EU adapter would work but the staff were very helpful and provided us with a plug for a deposit which was removed after it was returned. "
