Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . "The rooms need maintenance, it looked very old. Our closet wasn’t working, the doors were broken. We got that room to see the sky at night and it was very hold to roll the curtains as thy were old and not working properly. The bathroom smelled like sewer. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Service was phenomenal. They offer activities and dinner through the hotel. Mohammed was our driver for the jeep tour and he was super friendly and funny. Hussan was very welcoming and helpful. Overall an amazing place to stay with friendly staff. Rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been , but it was still spectacular with great views. "
