"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Water smelled funny so didn't use shower. People in next room was loud all night."

"The toilet paper was the worst I've ever encountered and I'm 82 years old, went out and bought my own. When i took my socks off and walked around the room when I took a shower I could see dirt running off the bottom of my feet the rug was that dirty. The first morning for breakfast all the items were cold! Holiday Inn is in freefall as far as im concerned."

"Our cabin was in need of some TLC. The pool and pool furniture were great. It all looked brand new. The game room as well, but smelled not so good. The fire pit area also had nice chairs and was a nice space. Inconvenient that they don’t provide firewood, even though there is a large space for the fire wood to go and a sign saying ‘firewood is only for quests’ and that it was under surveillance. We knew going in that we would need our own firewood though. Our cabin, #4 needs updates terribly...
