Within 45 minutes of being in the room, I went back to the office and asked for a refund but clerk refused. I booked with Expedia and there it is"no fee cancellation before May 22" it was May 21st which showed him but he still refused. I asked for at least one day refunded, again he refused. "

"I always stay here when visiting family and they are always extremely helpful. Their accessible rooms are perfect for my mom who uses her rolator to get around. Plenty of room and bars in the restroom. My daughter loves their swimming pool area and there's an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. I have not had a negative experience with the property or staff."

"Room was clean, but kitchen had cockroaches. Not able to use the silverware or anything in the kitchen for that reason. Parking ok, plenty space. Breakfast good, not a lot of things but everything is delicious. We could not use the pool due to bees in the area."
