Check-in, I asked about parking, I was not given very much direction as to what was available in the area. I drove around for a long time and eventually asked ChatGPT about the closest parking. There was parking one block away at the graduate house, part of the University of Toronto. It would’ve been so helpful had the front desk provided that information."

"We checked in for a 2 night stay for an MGK concert! The staff was attentive, rooms were clean and well maintained & there was lots of amenities to use, library, spa, cafe, restaurants and bars, rooftop pool and they even had a starbucks on site. We had a lovely view of the CN tower from our room, it was the cherry on top. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Pretty sure MGK stayed in the hotel too. Overall great experience and lots of places within walking distance."
