"The size of the space and the amazing view were stunning, the bedrooms were large with clean comfortable beds, but it quickly became obvious that many important details needed attention. The WiFi password was not available without calling service desk. The television in the living room had a malfunctioning remote and the cable service remote did not work at all. The television in the bedroom would turn on but had no inputs and no antenna. The bathrooms had limited light and and unknown residue...
