"The hotel seemed like a circus you can't get a refund for. It was noisy the second you walked through the door, to the moment you need to get up for a semi early flight. The front desk staff, even though there were three, couldn't definitively answer any questions and seemed agitated any time you asked something. This was true of both locations since we accidentally went to the wrong one the first time. Before our stay, we had also accidentally booked twice due to a lag in the receipt and even though it was obviously a duplicate charge/room, they refused to refund one of the two and we ended up having to dispute it via credit card causing the third party we went through to eat the cost. This shows the lack of empathy this hotel and those in charge of it have. The toilet flushed with so much force it was like a fountain and you can hear it in the rooms around you adding to the cacophony of sound everywhere. The hotel itself sits far away from any convenience so you are forced to eat in the dirty, slow service restaurant full to beyond capacity of loud guests and sticky furnishings. I waited to write this review so I wouldn't take the days frustration out here, meaning I would have added more, if you can believe it, but even now I feel what happened at this hotel still sits fresh in my mind as the disaster at the end of an otherwise amazing first visit to Ireland. The only nice thing I can say is the grounds outside were nice. Buyer Beware: Rest at this place is impossible."
