"If you’re looking for top notch quality, you won’t find it there. Check-in desk customer service was very poor and wanted to charge for everything. They will charge you a service fee of $120 and won’t even show up to the room to do room service that’s already paid for. The beds were only cleaned ONCE throughout our stay and it’s only upon request that’s 24hrs in advance which we were not aware of at the time of check in. The trash were left same FULL throughout our stay. Towels were only changed...

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."

"We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our vacation here! The unit was comfortable, cozy, and had everything we needed to enjoy our time away. There were just a few small things that kept it from being a perfect stay. When we arrived, the floor was still a bit sandy, so I gave it a quick sweep before we settled in.
