Very clean property. As for the room we stayed in, it’s very outdated. Poor choice of mattress, pillows and sofa. Dinning table is fine and I do like the balcony ocean view. I do wish they had two chairs, instead of 1. Good customer service and absolutely love the beach being walking distance. So many places to eat near by, as well. Nice area and vibes.

The location was near shopping, eateries and the beach. There is direct access to the beach and laundry on the premises. Easy check in and reserved parking in a secure parking garage. There is a gym and concierge service as needed.

My mom and I had a tight budget for a short vacation. This property was PERFECT. We had a beautiful view of the water, easy beach access, a cafe in the lobby, a grocery around the corner, and a kitchen.

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our stay at mare hotel/condo friendly staff all around make you feel comfortable and very helpful good communication mare is right on the beach once you exit out the back pretty convenient supermarket main street eateries the room was clean will definitely come back worth the cost

Great stay!!

Clean and comfortable! Great room size! Beautiful views (15th FL ocean view balcony! Nice neighbor (across)! Great food and drinks right downstairs! Ubin (unit manager) is amazing! Lots of communication! Lots of tips and suggestions on where to go and eat! The neighbor is perfect! Beach access right downstairs plus you can walk down to other beaches. Uber service runs perfect in this area and took us all over the greater San Juan area! We felt 100% safe! My first time in Puerto Rico as a Puerto Rican and this was unit was perfect! 10/10

My stay at this apartment was simple and quaint. I was visiting for the Rauw Alejandro concert and decided to extend my stay. The hosts were attentive, kept in touch and offered complimentary housekeeping since I extended my stay. The housekeepers were wonderful, attentive, kind, and immaculate! The room is overall comfortable, I would recommend additional blanket or comforter options and more patio furniture incase there is a party of two or guests visiting etc. There was some construction noise every day on the apartment next door and at times the airport noise was very loud. It was hard to sleep sometimes after a long night out or just a midday nap. However, I wouldn’t let this deter you from booking if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in the middle of all the fun activities and hotels in the area.

This is an efficiency room - so not much to write about. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and relaxing. "Kinda" view of the ocean (and full view of airport). Beachfront and lots of stores, restaurants, etc nearby - so great for walking. Gym is good enough for most workouts except true powerlifting. Pool under repairs and building in need of lots of maintenance, so that's why 4 stars for property condition - nothing to do with actual unit.

No Pool!!

I down graded my rating from 4 stars to 3 stars because the pool was not in operation. It has been under construction since May of 2023! I think the ad should have mentioned that. We never saw the downstairs restaurant open, the stove is wedged in sideways next to a washer and dryer that are not hooked up, very hard to cook on. There were coin operated washers and dryers several floors down, but who wants to spend vacation in a laundromat. You could only use the beach until 6 PM. It was easy to contact the property manager and he responded to our questions within a short time period. The view from the balcony was very nice, however, you are looking over the tops of other buildings to see the water. We were within walking distance to several restaurants, there was on site free parking for our rental car, and the fitness center was easy to access. I might stay again for a short stay, but not for anything longer than 2 days. The pool was a main reason for choosing this property.
