"Our flight was delayed because of bad weather up north. We had to made last minute arrangements to stay and chose the Caribbean Presidential Suite Ocean View. Our host Ivan was very informative about the hotel. The room was very clean, the beach was a short walk and convenient. Plenty of places to eat. We were told that the pool was closed, but that was ok. Thank you Ivan for great communication."

"This property is directly off the beach just like it stated. The view from the balcony is amazing. However it was difficult to communicate not speaking Spanish. I do have a translator app witch helped . Getting access to the right gate and building was a challenge. The apartment itself is definitely outdated. There are no modern amenities. No usb ports or anything of that nature. The smell was of an old vacant house. On the plus side there was a Walgreens across the street. We went there...

"Online this resort looks amazing! In person, this resort is not amazing. Broken electric outlet. Broken toilet paper holder. Huge glob of black hair on shower wall from the time we arrived until we left- even with daily housekeeping. The one small window in the room made it feel like a prison cell. Breakfast was extremely disappointing; it was very low quality. The pool was meant for 2 people max otherwise you’re in someone else’s space. The beach attendant was drunk and horribly disrespectful to us. He was so rude he was supposedly fired. In all, this resort does not live up to the hype as depicted. "

"Our overall experience at this hotel was great. The amenities that this hotel offers in addition to multiple restaurants on site, multiple pools, easy access to beach (including beach chairs and umbrellas with room), etc. Our double queen patio room was always cleaned and provided us with new towels without ask. We also rented a seaside cabana on Saturday and our service provided by the women at the towel counter and Michael and Jose our food & drink servers for the day were extremely kind and helpful with any questions/concerns we had. A couple of things that I believe should be improved are the lighting in the room. It’s VERY dim and for a group of women trying to get ready with minimal lighting, it was rather challenging. In addition, we did feel as though a lot of the staff members at the front desk upon check in felt very bothered and very passive when we were looking to be acknowledged for assistance during our initial Check in process. One woman told us to “wait because she was clocking out for the day.” If you are the face of the start of someone’s hotel experience, you should have a more upbeat positive attitude. We felt slightly dismissed at times. Also the nightclub downstairs goes until 5am and we could hear the booming of the music from our 3rd floor room. Just FYI. "

"I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel—one of the best experiences I’ve had here in Puerto Rico! The hotel smelled amazing, everything was spotless and super organized. The staff was incredibly friendly. We also loved the pool area— there were fun little water slides for kids, which was awesome. The location was perfect—so many places to walk to, tons of restaurants, pharmacies—everything you need, and all of it top-notch!"
