PICS ARE DECEIVING! REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!! This hotel is 2 y/o, unbearable mold/mildew & extreme humidity, everything feels damp to the touch. Zero working ventilation, open shower leaves everything wet even floor, potential slip/fall hazard. Water leaks thru ceiling air vents from high condensation. Hotel is not well maintained & should be shut down until they address mold/mildew issue. We stayed 4 nights - 1st night, room on 6th fl, we found mold on sofa bed platform, went to the front desk to req room change. Mgr relocated my family to suite on 8th fl, same situation, visible mold on the sofa bed. Again, went to front desk a bit irritated & relocated to the 3rd fl but this time they sent someone to mask the smell with Lysol. At this pt, it was past midnight & kids were tired, so we stayed. Next day, tried to cancel booking and go to another hotel but was unsuccessful due to their policy. They charge a daily $49.50 resort fee, daily $19 parking fee, they give you $22.50 credit at the bar and $5 credit at their marketplace store but be careful and ask for receipts bc you'll end up paying for some of it if you're not tracking properly. The front desk recep confessed to me that the mold situation has been going on for a long time but the property isn't managed by Marriott and another company. Staff that have stayed the night, ended up quitting because of the poor conditions & become mentally exhausted from the many complaints they received from guests. This is unacceptable!!!
