"Expedia booked us the wrong day. We stayed Friday and Saturday. They booked us Sunday. Expedia refused to credit us Sunday unless the hotel oks it. I spoke to the hotel desk several times. They assured me they would take care of it. They did not! So I got charged for a room i never used!"

Alaskan Hotel and Bar
"Old, historic, bathroom down the hall, staff terrific, smelled like it was 100+ years old but not in a bad way. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 nights there. The stairs were steep and inappropriate for any one with mobility problems. In the middle of old town Juneau."

Waterfront on Glacier
"No soap in the shower. Restaurant not available and nothing close enough for that to make sense. No AC is in the room which I know is common in Alaska but still it was over 75° in my room and there was no screen on the window and people could easily have just climbed into the hotel room"

"The air conditioning in my room didn’t work when I first arrived. But it was fixed within an 1/2 hour. Comfortable rooms and very helpful friendly staff."
