"Parking was plenty and my room was clean and had a comfortable mattress"

"The Eagle Crest staff was amazing. However, upon arrival the room had a very poor smell that we couldn’t seem to get rid of. The washing machine and the dishwasher were absolutely filthy. There was leftover detergent all over in the washing machine along with dirty towels. The kitchen cabinets we’re very sticky. The fireplace did not seem to work and we had to have a tech come out twice. We were pretty displeased with both the hot tubs as they were lukewarm. Just glad that when dealing with the staff they were pleasant."

"The view from our room was stunning, as was the entire property. The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and very helpful. This was a great alternative to enjoying the Bend area since we usually stay in-town. Juniper Preserve was a lovely spot to treat ourselves! Very serene. "

"The only thing I can complain about is the parking, although I got my handicap parking in the morning when I came out to move my truck there was always a big pickup truck cross park right behind me making it very hard to pull out I don't think that should be allowed."

"I ordered the “celebration” package for an extra 50$ And was expecting a bottle of champagne (based upon the picture) flowers, and local cupcakes. I got the cupcakes, (cool), no flowers, and two glasses-ish of sparkling prosecco in splits. When I spoke to the front desk, they acknowledged I should have had flowers, and stated “I’ll see what I can do”… I was very disappointed. It was me and my gf’s anniversary and that was pretty amateurish. I did get the flowers, (hours late) which was nice, but it really undercut the moment. Other than that my stay was nice "

"The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. They had hot coffee, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, bananas, and pastries for breakfast. I would stay again."
