"The real difference between this property and any other in Singapore is the staff. They are sensational! From the bell boys at the front right up to the staff in the lounge we were always greeted with a warm welcome and they went out of their way every time to make us feel special. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Singapore. A special mention for professionalism and their willingness to always help goes to Glenn, Sabrina, Anand and Zoe in the lounge and Suren and Dinesh for their great work at front of house. "The overall was good, staff friendly.However, the service of apartments not so good. The staff cleaned property twice a week without adding a coffee or proper tea. Available only green tea.Additionally the apartments are very old and refurbishing,specifically a bathroom would be in order. The bathroom was dungerous for old people. Have step inside the bath to have showers, very uncomfortable and slippery. Style from 80’s with plastic curtains."
