"Only reason for rating of 4 rather than 5 is poor quality of some of the towels- torn and worn out. Otherwise they deserve a rating of 5"

"It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great."

8. The Quay Hotel West Coast
The Quay Hotel West Coast1,2 km từ Đại học Quốc gia Singapore

"One of the more affordable hotel in Singapore. Good location within walking distance to kampung glam, little India and 5 minutes from Lavender metro station. Staff is helpful, restaurants are aplenty. Pool and gymn are adequate. Room is small, but OK for couple nights stay."

"It was a unique experience. There were some issues but the hotel was responsive to our feedback:
1. There was no washer and dryer in the hotel though it was stated as available under Room Amenities in Hotels.com website. The hotel washed our laundry for free.
2. The aircon in the bedroom was noisy, dirty and not cold. It was cleaned the day after our feedback and replaced on the 5th day of our stay.
3. The bathroom floor became very wet after shower. We suggested to install a third shower...
