"The room looks like it’s been water damaged and the ceiling and walls were bogged with cement. Staff were very nice but the property was very poor. I didn’t like the communal kitchen. I want to make a coffee first thing in the presence myself."

"We arrived about 45 minutes ahead of check in time after driving straight from Kansai Airport. The parking lot had about 10 cars in it and the lobby was deserted.
