"We had a great experience! 3 couples with small children, the kids and adults had the best time, the place is not crowded at all so you feel like the place is all for yourself. Sai, iovani, Wi, Bill, Aki, the male waiters in the morning and the evening, the kitchen staff and housekeeping, all offered great service, super friendly, and they sing for guests at dinner time, such good singers!!!! the tents have everything you need, we had one right by the water felt such a luxury. "Stayed 3 nights in a deluxe beachfront bure. Was given a cheaper oceanfront room to begin with but got it corrected once I pointed it out to them.
The room was clean . Staff were always polite and helpful. Loose toilet . Shower water temp was good

"Pros: The staff are very smiling and supportive all the case. Good view of the ocean and close to the beach. The night fire show was amazing.
Cons: The rooms are quite small and very congested for the family. The restaurant food is very oily and lacks the quality compared to price"

"Receptionist upon booking in grumpy. Did not feel the usual fiji welcome!! Other members of staff lovely. Ordered mahi mahi for dinner on 13 Aug, and it was really tough and left half the serving on the plate - Even the cat refused to eat it!! Room clean, internet drops in and out, room needs a brighter light if shades on window closed."

"Loved our stay at the Hilton Denarau. Awesome adults restaurant/pool area (it is like a resort within the resort). Great food and cocktails. Spacious room with kitchen and laundry. It was quite a hike from one side of the hotel grounds to the main reception, restaurants etc, but usually managed to catch a ride with the Bula Express (great idea!). Staff are awesome; friendly and welcoming. Convenient short walk or bus ride to other hotels and the Port from the Hilton. Will definitely stay...
