"There is a lift. There is no kettle or water provided in the room-you can get hot water in the lobby. I like a lot of regular hot drinks so this was difficult. There is no minibar in the room. I was told that the heating would come on after 5.00pm. It didn't. Then the young man informed me that it comes on only when the temperature dips to a certain degree. Which I understood.
