"The hotel was very clean and a short taxi ride (~C$12) from the ferry and rail terminal. It was downtown and only a short walk to Safeway and the tourist area of Cow Bay. Thanks to all the staff that made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was fresh and very nice."

"First day there trapped in the elevator for 5 minutes and the cleaning staff left someone else's used Gatorade bottle in our room also there was 3 of us in the room and I had to go down twice for extra towels.
