The location was great, close to Kona and beaches as well as grocery and dining. The property was maintained and easy to get around. We didn't get A/C and were ok with windows open the drawback is you do hear a lot of the comings and goings from other units. We would definitely stay here again!

Property itself was very nice but the unit was older and was in need of some updates and repairs; cupboard doors did not close properly, stains and tears on sectional, ice maker broken on fridge etc… Also found nail clippings on the bathroom floor. Minor things, the pools and grounds were very nice though and we spent more time outside anyways.

This property is great. Condos are extremely nice and the ocean is right behind the pool. The property is clean and quiet. The staff is awesome and very nice. Would recommend this property for a great stay.
