The place was very dirty. When we arrived, there were many bugs in the room and on the last day we killed a cockroach inside. The property is great and with more attention to cleanliness, I would have given a much better review.

Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery.

The property was clean with friendly staff. There is a small beach right next to thebresort to watch the sunsets from, and plenty of parking.

Room B1 was a dark dank cheaply furnished room. Cracks and holes in the walls. The outside “patio” was half nice with ferns, the other half a mess. There were no instructions for the dehumidifier which we know nothing about being from the desert. We would not stay there again and do not recommend it

This was a very nice place in my opinion. Our room was a little outdated but not bad. It had all we needed to get through the week we spent there. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope I can return.

This property is right next door to Honl’s Beach, the place where boogie boarding was first invented. Our ocean-view room was fantastic - very comfortable, lovely view, loved having breakfast on the lanai each morning listening to the waves and rue birds. Location is excellent and we had no trouble with finding parking each night when we returned from our day’s activities.

Take me back!!

The room we had was almost like a little 1 bedroom apartment. It was Amazing. So comfortable and had a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. It has A full kitchen in it so We were able to cook our own food and had a little washer/dryer in it which helped a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

I feel like we really lucked out with the unit we got. We booked through Expedia for the thanksgiving week and got the unit F4. Really nicely decorated by the owners and we had everything we needed. The owners had kept beach chairs, snorkel gear and cooler for our use. We loved being in the hot tub during sunset and hearing the waves crashing from our lanai.

Loved it here! Miss the happy hour and daily room service…I guess it went away because of Covid. Hope it returns! The location is great! Loved our view and the condo was very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Kona condo

Loved this place! Condo was perfect for my husband and me. Lots of space and beach necessities (chairs, umbrella, ice chests, etc.) provided. Great pool and very local vibe. Would definitely come back.

The place is super cute. They decided to change furniture while we were there mid day. Of course we were not in the room at the time. We went from a queen bed to a cal king. Down part about that is the linens Swede not left for the new bed. So at 6pm, the office is closed and we had no linens on this new mattress. We told the office and they basically told us it wasn’t their problem. We revived new linens the next day around 2pm. The tv did not work but we werent too concerned because we did not spend a lot of time in the actual unit itself.
