"Really nice hotel, conveniently located near Te Pua geothermal park. We all loved the room,which was perfect for a family of 4. The breakfast was really good with lots of varieties and really tasty. The special addition was the outdoors heated pool which we all loved and wish we could stay longer to enjoy."

The sauna and cafe were not available during our stay at the end of March. The location is a pretty far walk to the lake but the staff was really nice and helpful. The size of the room was good but the fridge was very noisy kerp us awake mosy of the night plus the head board was not fix the the bed or wall probably eveytime we move the head board keep moving/bang on thd wall.plus room wasn't sound proof for noise outside as it said on the website"

"The hot tub was wonderfully therapeutic. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Star gazing was premium with minimal light interference. Would be nice if they turned off the exterior cabin lights or use diffuse lightfound light Iat night for better star gazing ! Lovely place will stay again. Very spacious slots! "

"The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The room was quite stuffy. A maintenance person tried to fix it. It did seem to cool off a little bit after an hour or two but not very much and it remained warm (i’m always cold, so if I thought the room was warmish 95% of the population wouldn’t like it). . She finally brought up a fan. If a cool room is important to you I would avoid this hotel. "
