"1. We were 4 travelers and our booking had asked for two Queen beds. We were provided a room with 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. The Sofa Bed was full of mold and dust and could not be used. We had to complain, and the staff did their best to clean it up (maybe - we don't know, we were told they cleaned). 2. Utensils provided were insufficient. No cutting board. No pans could be found. 3. Cleaning once in 15 days does NOT work. I would never again stay in Extended Stay unless serious changes are...

"Highly suggest in this price range trying the Lia around the corner, it can't be much worse than this. While the bed appeared to be freshly made, the room was dirty, there was no shampoo, and when I asked for shampoo, they handed me a half empty bottle. Staff was older and polite enough, but did not seem to speak much English. I'm not particularly picky, just needed a place for one night, but try and look elsewhere"

"Room was filthy and the manager charged my husband's card for $335.00 for "incidentals" + $300.00 in cash only $200.00 of which was returned. Place is falling apart and the owner is very unpleasant, could not relax because of all the back forth between him and his staff. There were firecrackers let off at 1:00 in the morning. We took many many pictures of the room when we checked in and out to make sure we did not get stuck for damages. airconditioner was broken so we had to open door and...

"What a cute, well maintained little hotel! I needed a quiet place to finish some work, and I got that. My room was quiet and the bed quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best free pickup breakfasts I've had at a small hotel."
